Artist and writer Meredith Tromble is an Associate Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies | Art & Technology at the San Francisco Art Institute. In April her work The Vortex, a performance collaboration with Donna Sternberg & Dancers and geobiologist Dawn Sumner, debuted in Los Angeles as the latest work stemming from her residency at the UC Davis Complexity Sciences Center. Tromble has also published extensively on art, including co-editing the Routledge Companion to Biology in Art & Architecture.
